Protection While Home and Away:
The ST-III System allows for the normal armed protection when you are away, but also while youre home.  In the home mode, the motion detectors can be turned off while the door and window sensors remain active. Thus, you can walk around your house and still be protected at all times. You can also set it to arm specific zones.

Turn alarm system off/on while Away from Home:
When the alarm is set off accidentally e.g not due to break-in, the owner may de-activate or re-activate the alarm system using their phone while away from their home.

Silent Mode:
You can preset the ST-III system to a soundless alerting, so it will automatically phone you when sensors have been activated without setting off the sirens to disturb the neighbour's.

Arming and Disarming:
You can choose to arm/disarm via password on the alarm panel or arm/disarm from your remote control 15-20 Meters away.
